We enjoyed our time at the hotel, especially the convenience of nearby Dulles Sportsplex and Dulles Golf Center. The rooms were clean and comfortable, which was essential with our little ones in tow. The shuttle service to the airport was a real bonus.

In my wife's opinion, the front desk staff could improve their friendliness. A more welcoming approach would greatly enhance the experience for families. Also, having a better kids' menu in the dining area would be a nice touch.

The hotel has a great location, just a short drive from the Dulles high tech corridor. I received an upgrade offer before check-in, but it wasn’t available when I got there. The noise insulation between rooms left a lot to be desired. I could hear conversations and bathroom activities from nearby rooms. I expected breakfast to be included for the price, but it wasn't. The cleanliness of the room stood out, and the staff was mostly polite and professional. However, the front desk service felt a bit off, as one staff member seemed annoyed when I asked for extra towels, which I never received. I was disappointed with the lack of consistent customer service during my lengthy stay, which needs improvement.
